Jesus Cordero, HCSA&#8217;s Head of Development, has taken up the role of Interim Director.<\/p>\n<p>Under Adrian\u2019s leadership, the organisation achieved significant milestones, including the development of the Integrated Conservation and Land Use Plan (ICLUP), the finalisation of the HCS-HCV Simplified Smallholder Approach for Indonesia, the establishment of a new partnership with GIZ, the development of HCSA\u2019s Business Model, and the introduction of significant improvements to our Quality Assurance processes. Adrian&#8217;s impactful contributions during his tenure have been crucial in advancing HCSA&#8217;s mission.<\/p>\n<p>Adrian&#8217;s leadership has significantly elevated HCSA&#8217;s global recognition and strengthened our collaborations with members, donors, partners, and stakeholders. We are confident that HCSA will continue to thrive and provide opportunities to advance our mission under new leadership.<\/p>\n<p>The HCSA express our deepest appreciation to Adrian for his dedication and the outstanding work he has accomplished with us over the past months. We wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
