HCSA is seeking to explore and define a scalable business model for HCSA to effectively meet HCSA\u2019s future needs and ambitions outlined in its 2021-2025 Strategic Business Plan<\/a> and provide services, products, and benefits that complement HCSA\u2019s main organisational functions<\/a> to a wide variety of actors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HCSA Information Management System (IFM)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HCSA is also seeking to develop an information management strategy and system to effectively meet HCSA\u2019s future needs and ambitions outlined in its 2021-2025 Strategic Business Plan<\/a>.  The strategy and corresponding information management system will allow HCSA to optimise the use of information and data for donor and membership relationship management, tracking implementation and impacts of HCSA member requirements<\/a>, and HCSA assessments<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
